After the completion of technical training the trainees are exposed to industrial/in-plant training. The trainee during technical training gets hand-on experience of the equipments, but in-plant training gives real time job experience and improves operative skills required for performance of any job in employment or entrepreneurial sector. In-plant training has also boosted confidence level amongst participants and strengthen ‘can-do’ attitude which is very important in making decisions regarding career. The learning takes place in utilizing resources like, time, material in most optimal manner and stress free state of mind.
