Scitech Park had established its first independent Technology Business Incubator, “Growth Lab” at Bhosari in 2006-2007 with just 4 start-ups. Over the period of last 15 years;  the number of incubatee companies have gone up to 169. These companies are from 14 different technology domains ranging from renewable energy solutions to clean technology, IT/ITES , education, waste  management , DNA based diagnostics, health etc.
