He interacted with the trainees and guided them regarding employment and self employment opportunities. He also briefed the trainees the importance of forming a group, how and where to register the group, how it is beneficial in getting business and distributing the work load efficiently. He also gave useful information on various government schemes and funding options, whom to approach, how to make proposal for funding etc.
